We are a community of 107 homes and are located off SW 136th Ave, about a mile south of I-595 next to both Western High School and Flamingo Elementary School. We are to the south and east of the Shenandoah Community. Established in 1985, Honey Lake Family Homes is within the municipal limits of the Town of Davie. Honey Lake is a rent restricted community by which new homeowners must live in their property for two years before they can consider renting. Our demographics is made up of middle income families who take great pride in their homes and neighborhood. As such, there is always something fun to do in the area as everyone looks after each other. |
